I like your brushstrokes in the water and the clouds. It's a very pleasing affect. I like the atmospheric perspective that you have with the mountain in the background being lighter. I do feel like it could have been shaded a little more in some places. It's a huge flat shape where the clouds, trees, an water all have a nice texture. I wonder what it would look like if there was more of a shadow on the left where the moon is not shining on it. Just a suggestion. It's a wonderful piece of art. Thank you for sharing it!

Thanks for your comments - I know what you mean about the mountain. I would have liked to have added more definition, but the painting was from a friend's photo and the shape was pretty flat. I guess I'll have to go there and paint it plein air!
